First of all you want some NGK Plugs gap them for a STage III at about .38 or you can do .35 if you plan on adding a boost controller soon. Second of all do the under drive pulley its a good upgrade.
You can get a K&N Fuel filter but I have no real data on it other that it looks pretty :-) You might also want to replace your hoses with some braided steel hoses for looks. Next upgrade is simple. You can get some Down Pipes and test pipes or you can gut your down pipes. Else you can get a boost controller. There is probably more but its all about how much you want to spend. :-)
And if you are upgrading your brakes make sure to get some Slotted or Xdrilled rotors, and Stainless steel brake lines, and Dot5 fluid like Motul 600.
You can also get some performance fluids such as redline, Royal Purple, and Neo to replace your engine oil, coolant, transmission oil, and diff oil..
